The customer service team was amazing! They were always willing to help answer any questions I had, even if it wasn't something they could directly address. It's great that you can talk with someone who has experience using your product as well. There are some things that we didn't realize would be difficult until after signing up for their services (e.g., having to use PHP instead of node). But everything else was easy enough once we figured out what we needed/wanted from them. We're solving a problem where our previous host couldn't support us properly.
