A solid all-inclusive cloud CRM software for small businesses
The customer support is great! They always respond quickly with questions or requests that I have about my account!! There are some things we would like more customization options (such as ability add extra fields) so it could be used across multiple departments/companies in one area of our business - however this was really minor nitpick compared to everything else they've done right thus far. Great platform overall; very easy integration into Salesforce & other systems which makes reporting easier than any solution out there by comparison even if you're using your own self developed system.

- I like the overall platform and the ability to be very custom with our own system integration
