Cannot be stressed enough, the best customer service you could ask for. I ordered sunglasses and clear glasses at the same time, but in different strengths. Both pairs came out with the same strength. I was about to call it off even though I actually wanted a pair of less powerful sunglasses. I got an email from Speert asking for feedback so I explained what happened. They worked with me to get it right and went above and beyond replacing the sunglasses with an acceptable alternative (the ones I ordered had sold out) and telling me to return the original order as a gift to keep. Very good quality glasses: light, flexible, with impeccable lenses. The best readers I have. I will definitely order from this company again. You should order too!
