For the most part this product meets my needs. I have a small jewelry business and order these necklaces quite often. I would say the necklaces are 90% perfect, but every now and then I get a batch with lobster clasps that won't open. They feel like they've been painted over closed. If I'm careful I can get them open with no problem, but more often than not they break and I have to replace the lobster clasp. If it had only happened once or twice I would still give the product a 5 but it has happened at least 6 or 7 times.
