Review on Mr Coffee® 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker by Benigno Reddy

Used Mr Coffee for decades but it was white and bad looking. However, it still works fine. Bought this black one. Could not get Brew Later to work. There are no instructions attached, just a piece of paper. It has a QR code that takes you to a page with 96 (seriously) 12 mug makers. Not even alphabetically. And that's not there. Support responded after 34 minutes of sweet music. Super nice girl. She couldn't understand either. She emailed me the correct manual (PC12_19ESM1(Target).pdf). I finally got it. Here's what I found: Shutting it down for 5 minutes can reset everything. Turning the power off briefly resets the clock to 12:00 p.m. First you need to set the clock to make everything work (even just brew if it's like my white). Notice the PM "dot". There is no 24 hour option (as far as I know, although of course there should be). Click the "Cook Later" button. These are flashes of light. Set the brewing time. Notice the "dot" PM. Press BREW AGAIN WHILE THE LIGHT IS FLASHING. The light will now STAY ON and Brew Later will work. Hope that helps. It's a good car and looks good. Businesses need to cooperate with advice and technical support. Of course, technical support wouldn't be necessary if there really was a manual.
