There are 5 things that make this dryer exceptional. It has a special design for knives with slots that allow you to dry the knives without putting them together with the rest of the cutlery, making the knives less blunt. Not only do the cutlery holders have the usual drainage slots, but they also have a part that directs water onto the drainer, which creates less standing water and is more hygienic. I've never seen wine glass holders before and they work very well, making traditional wine glass holders a lot less likely to break. Love Love Love Cutting Board Slot. I used to always try to balance them in the disk slots, which never worked. And finally, the area where the water flows is shiny. The water is channeled down a sloped area that drains into the sink, creating far less standing water that always gets so messy on traditional racks.
