It's all about the network. However, the hooks have a safety device so that the hooks do not come loose from the eyelets in the machine. The fuse, along with the size of the hook, doesn't allow the hook to go through the D-rings in my trunk (2016 Nissan Murano) and the fuse actually snaps into place. So, I can hook the net into the car, but the fuse doesn't work (and one of them came off the hook). The mesh works though, as I'm not sure if the backups were even necessary. The only annoying thing is that the product was advertised specifically for my car, but it's clear that either nobody on Murano has tried it or hasn't paid attention to how it fits.
