little difficult to put on cause of the back support spines in it
but it slims to shape better than the one i got at DXL company which was just 2 stretchy fabrics which worked well but this is 2 stretch fabrics and a 3rd you can tighten down. i recommend getting a size down if your trying to slim down i wear a 3x so i got a 2x.
