I was excited to get this for my husband to transport clothes to and from work.Unfortunately after the second week the zipper locked up and got hung and then broke. It got stuck at the very top. There was no threading that caused it to jam or anything upon inspection. It was just stuck. My husband had to get his clothes out immediately and tried using pliers to pull it. The zipper handle broke off and so basically he was left having to break the rest so that he could get his clothes out.I really enjoyed the snugness of the bag, the protection it gave his clothes, and the zipper pouch. It upsets me that it only lasted 2 weeks.
