Better than a regular foam roller!

Great size! The deflection in the middle allows you to work comfortably. In fact, I live simultaneously small at the base of the spine and large at the top. This dual action makes it easier to roll while relaxing and provides a deeper impact. I prefer this MORE over any regular foam roller.
