I love FitBits because I can buy and replace straps to match what I wear during the day. i love accessories The old Fit Bit had straps that were a lot easier to replace, but this new one I have uses those pins. You cannot opt out of using Pins. I lost 2 pens trying to fit these straps, but that's not the company's fault, it's the fault of the Fitbit design. However, this group of companies replaced 2 pins for me after I wrote to them about my dilemma. They ship extra pins with your original order anyway. I will be ordering more ribbons in different colors as they become available from the same company. The stripes are soft and look great.
