I was stingy and stubborn and bought this product despite seeing that many users reacted badly to it. It won't bother me, will it? I used it for the first time with no problems and had amazing dark brows that lasted about a week (it doesn't last long on oily skin). About a month later I reapplied the product and felt a slight itching on my eyebrows. Uh oh A few days later, bumps started appearing on them, sort of like little pimples. Look, there was a full-blown reaction, and then it got infected with a yellow scab, pus, and all nine. NOT FUNNY. The photo above was taken about a week after infection, so it looks a lot better than it did a few days ago. Since then I've lost a significant amount of my eyebrow hairs due to infection (maybe 1/3) and I'm hoping they grow back. OK. It looks like the product contains a really harsh chemical called PPD that will cause a reaction in most people and shouldn't be in something like eyebrow dye. If I could do it again I would buy a more reputable product.
