I bought a mouse for my son. For 3 months the side button has stopped working. As it's only a few days after Revain's return to Windows, I've been told to contact Glorious PC. First they asked for an invoice. Then they asked me to send a video. Finally they asked me to send a video with the invoice, the serial number and the problem. And you must share it via Dropbox. Never heard of this kind of customer service. Do not purchase this product when busy. It is not worth. Overpriced mouse with no customer service. You cannot return it for a replacement.
