The ability to do your job from anywhere that you need, without compromising quality of service or security. No more running around trying to coordinate schedules with remote users when they all get in at different times for work reasons -- everything is set up ahead so even if I'm asleep it's ready! Having an always-on desktop would be nice (the current model allows me to go home/sleep). But this doesn't interfere, only gives additional peaceof mind about my systems working well while I am away - so no issue here either! For now, we're just using their services as our primary phone system; but once all systems are merged into one platform, that benefit will increase by orders of magnitude. I like that it is very easy to use, and you can also customize your own templates for different products. It's not cheap though, so if you're looking at this because of price then you should probably look elsewhere. We are creating custom invoices with our customers for their employees' time/expenses while they were out in the field working. This software makes it super simple! They love how customizable it is as well!
