It has been 6 months since I purchased this item and I am updating my rating to one star for a number of reasons. Initially I had some connectivity issues getting out and returning to the car. . It reconnected to my iPhone maybe 7 times out of 10, and if not, within 2-5 seconds of unplugging and plugging the USB and aux cables back in. In the last 2 months the device has become completely unusable. I've tried all the solutions given here and listed on other websites with no success. I emailed the company and they gave me the response I was expecting from someone who knew nothing about how it works, including answers; -"Try to disconnect and reconnect" -"Try to disconnect radio and reconnect bluetooth to phone" And yet NOTHING helped that connected properly, or showing music tracks on the radio, or allowing me to use the steering the way I did for the first few weeks. I would also like to add that I am quite tech savvy and repair computers and electronics as a hobby. Needless to say, something like this should be a fairly easy fix. It cannot be repaired unless it was designed to work and they want you to come back and buy ANOTHER one. It's too late to get my money back but I'm still going through Revain because I can't be the only one. Check out the one star ratings for this product, updated over time. If it works at first, there's a small chance you'll still be happy with it in the near future.
