Great tool that brings consistency between various touchpoints

The ability to create an environment where we can work together with our customers across different geographies, cultures & time zones!The support team is amazing at solving any issues or questions you may have quickly and effectively. I would like it if there were more training courses available for new members as well as opportunities to attend events/conferences outside Singapore which are not offered by my employer (but should be!). There's nothing really bad about this product but rather just wish they had better integration capabilities into other systems such as Salesforce etc., so one could easily integrate their data without having to go through 3rd party providers. We needed something simple yet flexible enough to handle all types of customer interactions - from sales calls via emails up till aftersales service visits- within 1 platform while also being able to track each interaction individually using tags system. This has helped us improve processes both internally and externally whilst reducing cost per transaction.

  • The system is easy to use, can be customized to suit our needs and is very flexible
Cons
