This pump replaces an old condensate pump that no longer works. Sometimes cleaning of the pump screen is required. Bought January 2018, stopped downloading yesterday. To find out what was going on, I opened up the engine compartment. Big mistake. This is an oil filled pump and most of the oil comes out when it is opened. I am writing this review primarily to find out what type of oil to use to replace spilled oil. I used 10W-30 viscosity oil and filled the lower engine compartment to the gasket. Please let me know if this is incorrect. Dismantling the block, including the switchgear compartment, restored the pumping effect.
