Very good, accurate, lighted digital pump and great customer service! other gauges I have and trust within reasonable limits of 1-1.5 psi. It should also be noted that the display backlight is fully functional, which makes it easy to read information in any conditions. Excellent customer service. The unit I received was missing a small seal in the air cartridge when I received it. I called Freeman, explained the problem and told them that I would appreciate it if they would just send in the seal instead of sending the whole unit back and replacing it. and I would just install it when I received it. A few days later I received the part, inserted it in minutes and everything is good! Customer service is great and you can actually talk to a real person on the phone! I appreciate it very much. As a note to other reviewers on erroneous readings, the measured pressure in tires or other equipment should NOT be read during inflation, but rather when the trigger is not pulled. When the trigger is pulled you will see higher pressure than the tire as the compressor puts out a much higher pressure and is limited by the Schrader valve in the valve stem. This is perfectly normal. When filling, briefly release the trigger, measure the pressure and continue to fill and check until the target pressure is reached.
