Suitable but poor quality. Either you tighten it well and it doesn't move, or you loosen it and it falls down. This is a good arrow if you don't plan to play around with it much and keep it stationary. I also doubt the quality of the springs.

Before adjusting the angle of the microphone stand, first loosen the knob. Try not to force it to twist as this can damage the threads.
