Review on LEM Non Stick Adjustable Burger Press by Rovy Oppeneer

I am disappointed that LEM is putting its name on this product. I have a wide range of LEM meat processing equipment that I am very happy with. This item does not qualify. This is the same die-cast aluminum burger press sold by many others, with the LEM logo. Disassembling and cleaning hurts. Once you have correctly set the desired patty thickness, the setting will be lost when you take it apart for cleaning. The casting is terrible. Sharp edges, shaped seams and rough surfaces. Looks cheap made in China.
