Purchased in March 2021. I paid over $3200 after tax for this computer after selling my old Alienware. The build quality is poor at best as the PC constantly has a BSOD due to _WHEA_ UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. I called support and they couldn't tell me why I was having these issues. More recently, the GPU is showing artifacts and randomly freezing, which is strange for a 'new' GPU. Unfortunately I threw away the box and packaging the day of delivery so I lost $3,200 and was stuck with a piece of unreliable junk. I am strongly considering going to small claims court, but until then I do not recommend buying from these people.
