They are always there to help if you need any assistance. Great product that has helped us out in many ways. We can now track all of our employees more easily than ever before. It helps keep up with all of their time sheets and I am able to see what hours everyone worked each week. I like that the system is so easy to use. I like that it helps us to keep up with our schedules. I like that I can get a quick overview on the current status. I dislike that it is a bit slow. Sometimes it takes a while to load up. The system is very reliable and I haven't encountered any bugs for a long time. As a small business, we use the system to keep up with our schedules, which is very helpful.
