Type of review

I love how easy it was to set up our account with this software! It's so simple - you can literally do everything from your phone or computer in less than 30 seconds (and we're not even tech savvy!). There are some things about which they could improve but nothing major by far as others have said here already; just minor issues like having more options when creating new routes/schedules etc.-but overall great product!! We've been able use all of their features quite easily since setting them-up

Pros
  • Very user friendly, very intuitive
  • Easy access for both clients
  • Great customer service team that responds quickly via either live chat OR telephone call.
  • Ease at navigating around system using mobile app available too :)
Cons
  • Not much other choice between different map providers besides Google Maps,
  • Nothing else really except maybe pricing is slightly higher

This program has been helpful with tracking our business

I like the user interface and how easy it is to use. It's also very customizable, and I can set up the software to do exactly what I want it to do. I dislike that it can be a little confusing at first, but once you get it, it's really easy to use. I also dislike that there is a time limit for free accounts. I think that it's great for businesses that are trying to get a handle on their financials, and I think it's a good product for anyone that needs to keep track of their finances. It's helped

Useful tool for tracking services, projects & expenses

I like how easy it was to get started with this software! It helped me organize my tasks so much easier than using paper or excel spreadsheets in separate folders/files. There were some things we needed help figuring out but they have been extremely helpful by getting back quickly with an answer to our questions. The price of this product could be better as well - maybe $100 cheaper would make more sense considering what you are buying versus all other options available. We use servmax…

The customer support at least once per month with all their questions answered in order to help us get our operation running smoothly again after an outage! Great team of people who are always willing & able to assist you when it comes time implement new systems or processes - without any push back from them they will do whatever needs done so we can move forward as quickly (and efficiently) possible!! We've been using this product since 2012 during my tenure there I have never seen anything…

Great tool, but lacking knowledge base

I like how easy it is to use. It has helped me organize my time better so i can spend more time with clients! There are some features that could be improved such as being able to enter data in real-time instead of having to wait until you get home or go into work to do so. The customer support team also doesn't seem very knowledgeable about their software. If they were more helpful then maybe we would have an easier transition when switching over from another program.
