It is so sweet! MUST BE.
I wore them to a concert and got so many compliments! They have a very high waist (above the hips). These are the most beautiful high waist flared pants I have ever worn. SUPER soft and comfortable! They resemble soft cotton, elastic material. But they "keep" everything inside. Got to. Obtain.
