Three things are holding them back from getting a higher rating: 1. The tiny protective foil caps (inside the caps) are absolutely impossible to tear off with wet hands and are honestly pretty durable even with dry hands. This foil over a tiny hole that you also can't pierce with your fingernail makes it very, very difficult to use in the shower/bathtub. I also bought BK shower gel and the smell of these products is amazing. Nothing subtle here. Our entire guest bathroom reeks of it. Many people are allergic to fragrances. I work in the healthcare sector; I don't take any risks with guests.3. The description on the tube ("body soap" or "shampoo") is very faint - very difficult to read. In addition, both shampoo and shower gel are transparent in color. Conclusion: You can't tell one from the other, especially not with water in your eyes. And these are shower/bath products, after all. No, I wouldn't buy them again and I'm giving them away. I will go elsewhere to find products with a better design.
