Worked great with Airsense 10 Resmed cpap

I bought this just to use as a back up and camping battery for my Resmed Airsense 10.It is the 24v but you still have to buy a separate power cable.I used it for 2 consecutive nights (turned off water and heated tube) and it worked perfectly without any charging in between.As other reviewers stated, sometimes you have to plug it in a few times for the cpap to recognize its on battery power but it works fine. very happy to have this for my Resmed Airsense 10

Cons

Not suitable for extreme weather conditions as it can affect the battery’s life span
