The first block I ordered was defective but Revain took care of it and sent me a replacement. I'm giving this three stars because of the manufacturer's poor quality control, not because of the performance of the replacement unit, which was not defective. The three stars are also based on BlackVue's technical support when I called them to fix a failed device. Tech support didn't help and basically sent me the instructions that came in the box and said it could be my SIM card to call my cellphone provider. My SIM card was fine. Installation was easy, but the ports on the DVR are very close together so cabling to the DVR is tight (MicroSD slot, power connector, WiFi button and micro USB connector for an LTE device are on the same side of the DVR ) . It would be better if the microSD card slot was in a different location on the dash cam so I don't have to disconnect power and the LTE module to remove the microSD card. Set up was simple and straightforward. I used a T-Mobile SIM and it quickly found the APN settings. So far the second block is working fine.
