I am ordering this item because my posture is not straight from the spine. I usually lean a little forward and that causes back pain. So I wanted to fix that. It was uncomfortable at first because I was trying to change something that had been going on for a very long time. I started wearing it for an hour a day and my goal was to wear it a little longer each day. After trying it for some time I can see the difference and am very confident that if I continue to wear this belt it will improve over time. It has also eliminated my back pain. I think this product is worth the money!
