I cut out two bushings (the one in the middle of each section so now it only holds 112 slices) and it still fits very well. It took me a while to get over the psychological issue of getting rid of the DVD cases, but I'm very grateful that I did. The zipper is very smooth and the case itself makes a pretty solid impression, the plastic grommets inside are quite brittle, so you have to be careful not to tear the plastic when inserting and removing DVDs. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, it has freed up an entire bookshelf for books and I no longer have DVD boxes scattered around my house or car as they are all in one place now. This makes for a very portable movie library. I've ordered two for my DVDs and recently placed another order for a few more to store my Blu-ray Discs and Audio CDs. Do you see the image layout with the before and after shot? It definitely helped free up some space so I could move my bookshelf back to my books. 😃 I am happy about this purchase.
