The product came in an open package. Don't know if used or new.

I finally got around to using this item on my server. The static bag it was in was already open. I'm not sure if it's really new or not. There was tape on the box so I assumed it was good. I should have opened it earlier because now my return window is gone. I can't judge how well this works, since I won't put a possibly used item on my new server. I think I'll try to sell it online as a used item.
