Review on HP Cartridge CC640WN Deskjet Photosmart by Eric Sharp

I ordered this cartridge as a backup in July. I needed a new one yesterday so I put a new one in. First my printer aligned it and when I started using it I got a message saying it was wrong. So I took it out, put it back in, and got the same message twice more. Finally, on the fourth attempt, a message appeared that it was not an HP cartridge. So now I don't have an ink cartridge, they sold me a fake one and I've run out of the money I spent on this one. The packaging and cartridge looked exactly like the original. How did it happen? Not a happy customer.
