Using walkie talkies in Covid ICU

really help in Covid ICU and contain hepa filters. We use walkie talkies to reduce PPE use and this allows me to hear what other nurses/staff are saying without having to leave the room and call for help. I can keep this up for my entire 12 hour shift with no problem. only minuses. Earwax gets into the earpiece and doesn't clean it well.
