When opening the box, some insects flew out of it. Four were killed, but how many more were not known. Attached is a photo of the victim. Maybe I'll be in the same state in a couple of weeks, who knows what a muck was on these insects. There is no desire to even turn on the soundbar now, maybe they have a nest in the subwoofer and they will devour me. Of course, I can’t disassemble and check because of the guarantee. The order was taken from the Samsung online store, which is doubly disappointing, all the same, I ordered it not from some unknown office, but from the official store. The whole impression of the purchase is naturally spoiled, there is no more desire to buy anything else from Samsung. The sound quality in this case does not matter, since I will not get any pleasure from using it, every time I think that something else alive will fly out of there. Hope for feedback from Samsung.
