Fantastic!: my feedback

BOMPOW Electric Foot File Waterproof Foot Scrubber Hard Skin Remover Pedicure Tool for Cracked Heels and Dead Skin with 3 Roller Heads (Gold)Revised on 11/18/2020. Reduced rating to 3 stars. See reasons below. While I originally gave this a glowing review, a couple of issues have come up that have resulted in a reduction to 3 stars.I have noticed that the time remaining display is badly incorrect. It drops very quickly. If I use it for a few minutes, it will drop from fully charged to around 20 minutes remaining. I don't think that it did this when I first got it. As a result, I don't have nearly as much time left on it as I think, before having to recharge it. It requires frequent recharges.Another issue - it has started to make a shrill squealing noise when I use it. I've done everything that I can to try and clean it but it still makes the noise. The noise itself varies depending on which wheel is attached, but they all make a noise that they didn't make when it was new.I am also not a fan of the dust that it generates. If I spend too long thinking about what the dust actually is. yuck. After having a bit of an allergic reaction to breathing in the dust, I've started wearing a mask when using it.Between the precipitous drop in battery charge and the noises it's started making, I'm thinking that it might not be an item that lasts a long time.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I've seen these types of things in stores and thought about getting one for years. My feet are always so cracked and dry. I've spent years putting various creams on my feet and using pumice stones, and it hasn't made much of a difference. I am so glad that I decided to get this. I didn't really think it would do much good, but figured it was worth a try. I was so wrong about doubting it. It is amazing how well it works. I simply can't say enough about it. Since getting it and using it once per day, my feet are in so much better shape than they have been in years. They are much more smooth and all of the cracks have gone away. I'd say that I have seen a ninety percent improvement on my heels, and they continue to get better each and every day.The first time I used it, I got a lot of dust that was basically dead skin cells being sanded away. It was kind of gross, actually. But I noticed a HUGE difference after even the first use. After just a few minutes of working on my heels, they were in better shape than they had been for years. I really wish I'd gotten something like this sooner.I like that the kit includes three different roller heads. I've used all three and for me, the fine roller head works best. The coarse one would work on feet that are in seriously bad shape and I didn't end up needing it. I'd imagine that if used regularly, everyone gets to the point where they're only using the fine one for touchups. I also liked the display that shows how much time is left on the battery charge. And speaking of that, how great is it that it is rechargeable? There is no need to worry about changing batteries. Just plug it in when the display shows that it is getting low on power.Things I like:• It's a complete set, with three rollers, a charging cable, and a brush to clean it off.• It has two speeds. I started with the faster speed, but now that I'm in "maintenance mode", I use the slower speed.• It has a display that shows the battery level.• Though I haven't used it in the shower, it really is waterproof. I regularly clean it by running it under water.• It has a cutoff that stops the roller when it is pressed too hard.• It truly works! There was nothing that I didn't like about this. It is fantastic!
