This is a great item from a good company; BUT. If you think you will ever need a hammer guide, YOU CANNOT BUY HAMMER CARRIAGE SEPARATELY. After several phone calls and many hours of delays with sales and tech support, no one can find the part number for me to purchase the hammer clasp. So. Do yourself a favor and just buy a roller shutter item. Trust me after using this a few times you will wish you had a hammer to just drive the dowels into the wall. ALSO. Just think how often you will use it and if you need to buy new pens. because the price of replacement pens is "VERY expensive"; I find the price for replacement pens outrageous.
