A good product given the low cost of the knife. I was hoping that the blade would be a bit heavier and more stable, but I wasn't expecting that for the price. It's very thin, the blade bent a bit the first time I used it, even though it only cut through a fresh bun. Another thing, be careful how spicy it is. I sliced the steak very thin to make a gravy sandwich. I am very careful and will never cut myself, I usually keep my hands away from the blade. But this time I didn't slice it very thin, and I almost cut off a fair bit of skin. I bandaged it tightly and it didn't even bleed - after 3 hours the patch fell off and my finger bled profusely. It's a sharp knife if your body doesn't even realize it's been cut for 3 hours. Purchase metal kitchen gloves to protect your hands when purchasing this knife. Or buy a big box of patches. Heck buy both because you might need them.
