I almost didn't buy these based on bad reviews but im glad I didn't listen to those bad reviews. The scissors that came with this kit are amazing as well without them it would have been a little harder to get these matts off. We got this cat after my gfs mother passed away. the sister in law and her kids got him after she passed and i believes they had mistreated him. It looks like they poured cereal and milk in his fur. This little kitten had his fur all matted and when it would get hot he would meow and hes a pretty silent cat, all my time knowing him he never made a sound he was well taken care of before so he had no need to ask/meow for things. He looked so handsome before they messed up his furand hes still handsome without his beautiful fur it will come back. None of the pictures ive seen had matted hair this bad dog or cat this was literally like shaving wool off a sheep. These trimmers were very quite i was afraid getting a regular trimmer would freak him out, but these were almost silent. Our cat is very well tempered cat but if you do something he doesn’t like he will let it be known. Which is another reason i was afraid to get trimmers. With matted hair any time you go to cut or trim it you must have patience and be calm your furry best friend can sense your unease. These did cut like butter when you take care to go the right direction and every matted section is different you gotta take time and see which direction they cut easiest. YOU CAN NOT ACT LIKE YOUR CUTTING HUMAN HAIR YOU WILL FAIL AND HURT YOUR FURRY FRIEND! Our cat felt like he was getting a massage with the vibration and quietness of these trimmers. He was glad to have his fur off he started licking me while i was trimming the fur something he does not do. Im am so glad i purchased these oneisall trimmers they exceeded our expectations 110% and would highly recommend these to anyone who needs pet trimmers these will do what you need them to do an more. Again the included scissors are very very sharp and high quality they have a nut so you can choose a firm or loose setting depending on your needs and will cut the matting with ease! Like other ppl posted they kept 100% battery after two different times tryingand two separate days of dematting on the fastest speed. Were 95/98% done and could probably cut the hair of our dogs and still have over half battery.
