I bought a large box (12.5 x 7.5 x 8.5 inches). I love the simplicity of the design and the red makes it stand out so it's easy to see. In general, it is convenient for storing medical supplies, but I would prefer a box without dividers and with a latch! He keeps all of my first aid items in one place where my family can easily find them. It will be shipped from China. Well packaged, arrived safely, no dents or scratches. I can see the price has gone up about $25 since I bought it. Cons: The box is big and roomy, but I wouldn't call it efficient. For example, it won't fit in a medium 8 ounce bottle (Peroxide/Dettol etc) as it has a tray at the top as well as some compartments inside. The compartments are built into the box. The upper compartment is quite small. - There's also no way to secure the lid, which can be bad if knocked over. Some kind of latch would be nice. - The box is not the strongest metal and feels like it could easily crumple/scratch. - The box I received looks slightly different than the product photos - the tray has a rim and sits on the edge rather than being supported by metal parts. Maybe the boxes from UK are different from the ones from China.
