Review on NoseFrida Saline Mist: All-Natural Nasal Softener For Optimal Snot Removal by Dan Germain

One of these was gifted to me when I had my daughter and I love it. It's so effective; forewarning however she hates the process. She screams like banshee while I use it but then is pretty happy with the fact that she can breathe afterwards. So when this popped up on my SIL's registry I knew I wanted to get one for her. The first product I ordered had clearly been used - and I didn't order it used I ordered it off of tje registry. The filters were two different colors and there were no saline packets. The package had been torn into and opened before. I contacted customer service and got a refund as they told me it was not eligible for return. I ordered a second one which thankfully arrived in time for her shower but the package has also not been treated nicely. So I recommend this product but idk if I'd buy it from Best Buy. Maybe go get it from a store where it's shrink wrapped in plastic. I'm a little hesitant to gift this to her as again.it does look like it's been opened once already.
