QuickSplint Custom Fit Night Mouth Guard Easy to make with instructions; however, it takes effect very quickly. I had to abandon the first batch because it was taking too long to set the mold and it was hardening. I recommend no more than a minute total time before sculpting the teeth; The instructions do not indicate the time. So I successfully got a mouth guard out of this pack when you can actually get 2. You didn't need the spatulas that came with it. The guard smells like grape gum. I grind my teeth at night, so this mouthguard helps me. No pain or headache upon waking. I have used the wing bite guard in the past and find it more comfortable. It fits my teeth perfectly and doesn't need to be adjusted. The cap is small, but the storage box is large. I recommend this mouthguard instead of the ones that are cooked every day.
