Timer not reliable

I was so excited to finally have a mr. It took some time and finesse to install, but it was easy to do yourself (suction cups are useless so I used zip ties) and the timer worked great for 2 months. I was able to go on a weekend trip and not have to worry about my chameleon. Now the timer doesn't work and I have to turn it on manually. What's the point? Now I have to buy a better brand and uninstall and reinstall another mister which is frustrating
