is well built as other reviewers have noted. When I put away all the different items that eventually "fell" in the box, there were too many little square compartments, smaller than I thought, so it was a bit difficult to find the "right place" for different items to find. aggravating. I pretty much have everything in there, but maybe a set of 22 individual boxes would work easier (or not - you can't really tell until you're in the middle of a project. We're keeping it because it pretty much does the job ( and there is still room in the drawer to store things outside of the organizer).
