It's very user friendly for both users with no data experience as well those who are more experienced in this area of survey design/analysis! The customer service team has been incredibly helpful when I've had questions or needed some assistance during my use of tapresearch. There haven't really any downsides at all - just keep using them until they get better about keeping up their documentation (which isn't always great). They're helping us gain insights into our customers' habits so we can improve how quickly we respond to issues within our app once launched.
