The buttons do their job and provide full protection for the phone case. For those of you who have trouble using Mag-Safe accessories like a wallet or charger, the seller includes an extra magnet. I've found that the glass back of the case doesn't provide a secure grip as it's glass and thus chargers and accessories either slide off or just don't fit properly. Install the included magnet on the outside of the case instead of the inside and you'll see that most connection problems go away. I gave this one 4 stars out of 5 because I feel the case might be too hard. Needs a little more cushioning. Also, I had no trouble typing.
