Use it again and again!
I bought this device to dry damp wood. I needed to use wood from a specific tree for a project and I don't have a drying kiln and haven't had six months to let it dry naturally. I dipped a few small pieces in this desiccant to speed up the process. As advertised, the desiccant changed color from blue to light pink as moisture was removed. Every time it turned pink I popped it in the toaster at 250 degrees for about an hour. Each time it turned blue again and was ready to use again. I now use it to remove moisture from roughly chiseled peels. I can turn 30% wet wood into dry wood in a few days!
