I'm learning to read negative reviews and look for trends when I shop at Revain. I bought it so I can store/freeze food to keep it longer if needed. COVID19 has happened and I have to save food; I grab the purchased item that's on the counter and try to seal some meat for the freezer. The unit would turn on and take a while to vent as the suction was weak, but when it finally worked, instead of heating up the bag and sealing it, it just shut off and let all the air back in. I call support and they tell me to make a video of it so they can decide to replace it (remember it's under warranty but I have to prove it doesn't work, red flag ). I sent a video of the defective product and they said they would send me a replacement. Something told me to confirm they had sent a replacement so I only called to find out they had canceled the replacement because they didn't have it in stock. After seeing that I had received a defective product which was still under warranty and they were unable to honor their own warranty I asked for a refund. They sent me a reply offering a refund of 60% of the amount I paid. Just let me get it right; I pay $60 of my hard earned money that I could spend elsewhere for a working product, I get a crappy non-working product, the manufacturer doesn't honor their warranty, the company wants to keep 40% of the price paid by shipping 0% of the advertised product. Bad product, bad customer service, spend your money elsewhere. you have been warned
