I've taken this inflatable sleep pad on 2 backpacking trips and this item is legit. Good solid material that held it's air for two nights without having to re-inflate. The pillow on it is clutch too so you don't have to bring an extra item in your bag. I'm 6'2" and it is more than long enough for me. As long as you fold it correctly when you're done the air let's out just fine.
