Great platform with great support from Salesforce

I like that it's easy for my team members (both new hires & seasoned veterans)to use without any training required! It also gives me an opportunity to keep up-todate w/the latest industry trends as they change or evolve so we can make modifications when needed - no need to wait until our next upgrade cycle.
The software has not changed since its initial development many yrs ago which makes managing updates difficult at times if there are changes made outside their system. Benefits include increased efficiency of all staff working together towards one goal of delivering high quality product quickly and cost effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

User friendly interface, well designed layout.
Easy access from virtually anywhere within office environment via internet connectivity with minimal lag time between screens while viewing information across multiple platforms such PC / Laptop computer; smartphone etc
Comprehensive features including sales order processing functions along side other core business processes necessary throughout entire enterprise.
Allows user input into data fields directly onto screen
