I have worked closely as an account manager for over 10 years at this firm in their sales department; they are very knowledgeable about all things related specifically telecom/IT security products! They do great work both internally within customer accounts but also externally working other companies who need support from them when it comes time implementing new equipment or service offerings (such as Cisco).
It's important you find someone whom has experience dealing directly wtih large organizations like these types of businesses - especially those which deal heavily witjh information such cybersecurity issues- because if not then there may be some gaps regarding knowledge base between client organization vs vendor product expertise level.- Supportive team overall!! As mentioned above we were able tp get direct feedback through my own experiences while being employed by BCI so far everything was positive aside frm one incident where i had access denied error during normal activity due too system misconfiguration issue.
