I've never been able to sleep on an airplane and had a night flight that I was scared of so I bought this pillow. I was able to take a good nap! Sure, at one point I woke up wanting to lie down rather than sit up, but I'm thankful for the calm I was able to find with this pillow. in the coach seat and was also slightly knocked out. I could easily hide my phone in it, drape a blanket over my shoulders, and rest without worrying about my head bobbing or falling to one side.
